Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, our third-party courier partners will deliver your parcel within 3 to 10 business days across Pakistan (depending on your location).

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Political situations or strikes

    • Natural disasters

    • Public holidays

    • Unforeseen operational issues with the courier company


Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website/app to monitor the delivery status of your order.


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

  • Any re-delivery attempt due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may incur additional charges.


Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after two attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will bear re-delivery charges.
