The charcoal black pull-up leather of the Ash Fan is dark and deep-toned, with the natural character marks of full-grain hide visible across the surface. The golden stitching running the perimeter is the only point of contrast — everything else is black.

Inside, the construction takes a different route from the Coal Fan and Rust Fan. The centre fan pocket is constructed from black woven elastic rather than suede — it stretches to accommodate cards, grips them on release, and returns to form. Two silver rivet posts anchor the elastic panel to each inner leather face. The inner panels themselves are plain charcoal leather.

The elastic fan is a precision upgrade — it adapts to card thickness and grips without pressure.
