Returns

Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

The return courier fee will be paid by the customer.

Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

Items without original tags/packaging are not eligible for return.
Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges are allowed only within the same product category (e.g., toys for toys, clothing for clothing).

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If an item arrives damaged, an unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening must be shared. In such cases, an exchange will be processed.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry (earrings, studs, etc.)

Undergarments, socks, or other intimate wear

Sale, clearance, or discounted items
Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return and exchange policy will apply.
