Returns

  • Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

  • The return courier fee will be paid by the customer.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

  • Items without original tags/packaging are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

  • Products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Exchanges are allowed only within the same product category (e.g., toys for toys, clothing for clothing).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If an item arrives damaged, an unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening must be shared. In such cases, an exchange will be processed.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry (earrings, studs, etc.)

  • Undergarments, socks, or other intimate wear

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items


Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

  • Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return and exchange policy will apply.
